QoT Solutions is looking for skilled Intermediate Quality Engineers to support a key client in the payments and financial services sector. This role suits professionals with a proven track record in Card Transactions (Issuing & Acquiring), POS, and real-time, high-volume, compliance-driven environments.

🔧 Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of Quality Engineering experience in structured environments

• Proven expertise in Card Payments (Issuing & Acquiring), Fleet, and POS systems

• Experience with card scheme certifications (Visa, MasterCard, Diners)

• Strong foundation in testing principles, including SIT, integration, regression, and UAT

• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA (Scrum Board), SOAP UI, and Postman

• Experience in API testing, transaction validation, and batch/settlement log analysis

• Skilled in test case preparation, execution, test data design, and bug reporting

• Exposure to infrastructure platforms and enterprise-grade payment solutions

• Confident in engaging with developers, QA teams, project managers, and clients

• Solid proficiency in Excel
  

💡 Bonus Experience:

• Familiarity with Base24, Postilion, Mainframes, and card host systems

• Understanding of telemetry or real-time data processing in transactional environments

• Exposure to test automation tools (UFT, Selenium, etc.)

• Experience in production support and certification testing
  

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine test requirements

• Design, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts

• Perform end-to-end testing across card issuing/acquiring and payment systems, including certification cycles

• Track and manage test coverage, defects, and progress reporting

• Support UAT, production validation, and post-deployment testing

• Maintain detailed quality documentation and reusable test assets

• Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
